Head chef Phillipe Bélissent, previously sous-chef at the Michelin 3-starred Ledoyen, is one of Paris's rising stars, praised by local diners and the French press. In 2008, Le Restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in recognition of its outstanding cuisine, quality and service.
The food at Le Restaurant is seasonal, classically French with a distinctive light, modern touch.
