Our menus showcase food that is progressively modern, light and fresh. The set wedding menus are based on three and five courses, or can be completely tailored to suit your tastes with wine pairing, bespoke tasting menus and wedding cakes created by Head Pastry Chef, Joana Thöny Montbabut.
Julien Montbabut was sous chef in 2008 when Le Restaurant was first awarded its Michelin star. Retaining our coveted star, Julien now leads the kitchens as Head Chef, with menus that are as distinctive and enticing as the seductive surroundings.
From signature cocktails to Champagne and canapés, Le Bar is available before or after your wedding celebration and is a wonderful place to hold an intimate drinks reception.
