In celebration of the new season, Head Pastry Chef, Joana Thöny Montbabut, has devised a Spring Fruits Afternoon Tea. Combining fresh fruit flavours with classic techniques, our tea includes a tart rhubarb pastry, basil infused lemon mousse, coconut & passion fruit jelly and more.
Choose from a wide selection of tea blends and freshly brewed coffee, or enhance your experience even more with a glass of Champagne or Rosé Champagne.
